§ 13-1-46.1. Parades—Throwing items at parades prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to toss or throw any item at a parade float, at any person on a parade float, or at any other person marching or participating in any parade in the city. Violation of this section shall result in a fine or imprisonment in accordance with the penalty provisions of section 1-1-8 of this Code of Ordinances.
