§ 15-1-13. Conformance with civil service rules and other personnel ordinances.

The provisions of this chapter shall be subject to civil service rules for firefighters, police officers and all other full-time employees in the career service of the city, as that term is defined by section 15-3-2 of this Code, where applicable. If any such civil service rule is in conflict with any provision of this chapter, the civil service rule shall take precedence.
