§ 15-3-14. Conflicts with civil service regulations for police officers, firefighters and full-time employees in the career service of the city.

If any provision of this article is in conflict with the civil service laws and regulations, pertaining to certain police officers, firefighters and full-time employees in the career service of the city, then such civil service laws and regulations shall take precedence in such instances over this article.
