§ 2-1-17. Same—Administration.

All of the provisions of chapter 511, 1987 Mississippi Laws, are hereby adopted and made a part of this Code the same as if copied in this section, and such provisions shall be adhered to and complied with by the board of the general retirement system of the city in administering the city employees' retirement system in the city.
