§ 5-1-11. Adoption of Swimming Pool and Spa Code.

(a)

Adoption. The International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2018 edition, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., as the swimming pool and spa code standards of the city, is hereby approved and adopted by the city and made part of this article. A copy of said International Swimming Pool and Spa Code is to be kept on file in the office of the community development department of the City of Biloxi as a permanent record. Such International Swimming Pool and Spa Code is hereby adopted fully as if set out at length herein, subject, however, to all amendments, deletions, and substitutions contained in the code, and subject further to inconsistent provisions contained in this code.
