§ 5-7-15. Condemnation and removal of defective work.

The mechanical systems inspector or any other designee of the building official shall promptly condemn and order the removal of any defective material or work, and the presence of any wilfully hidden defects shall be sufficient cause for the revocation of the mechanical contractor's license in addition to any other applicable penalties found in section 5-16-2 hereof.
