§ 5-17-17. Failure to comply.

Failure to comply with this article shall be grounds for the director of building and code enforcement to revoke any previous issued certificate of occupancy for the building or structure. A written appeal may be taken in the manner set forth in Harrison County's Code of Ordinances.
