§ 9-2-5. Penalty.

Any person who shall fail to comply with or shall violate or attempt to violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and subject to the penalties as provided in section 1-1-8 of the Code of Ordinances. Nothing contained in this section shall prevent the city from taking such other lawful action as is necessary to prevent or remedy any violation.
